This is the life, hold on tight. -Hannah Montana

So remember on Friday when I posted about wanting to watch the Even Steven's movie? Yeah, me too. Didn't happen. I went to the dance party for a wee bit. Yeah yeah. So sick. So exclusive. 50 people. 4 person apartment. I could only handle the exclusiveness for so long though so the roommies and some of our FHE bros watched a movie and then I had a little visit from Dal and Mad.

Speaking of exclusive things...I'm now part of a crew. A break dancing crew. There's 8 of us. Our initials are K.K.C.C.C.A.A.M. but that's all I'm telling you. Battle us. I dare you.
These may or may not be two of the members. Check out the pumped up kicks. X.

So. On Saturday 2 things happened that I have been WAITING for.
1. I went to the zoo!
2. It was Rose day!
Madi and I picked up cute little Rosie and we all trekked to the Hogle zoo in SLC.
Madi and I were dressed as tourists...naturally. Rose was our safari tour guide. We made quite the trio.
I had been long awaiting this zoo trip and it was SO fun.
I was most excited to see the elephants and giraffes, and they definitely delivered.
Also, someone should make a tv show about giraffes trying to sit down cause it's nuts.
We "dance-dared" a bunch of people. There's a video...somewhere on the Tube :)
Thanks for the pictures, Mad ;)

After the zoo we went back to Rosie's house and ate dinner with her super sweet family and played games with her little sisters. So fun! I wish everyday could be Rose and Madi day!

For FHE this week we went to a dance for young adults with special needs. It was SO SO SO fun. I loved it and am feeling really confident about my decision to go into special education. This one boy came up to me and Nico and kept telling us how beautiful he thought we were. So cute. I wanted to stay and party there all night. Not only were they super sweet, but these guys had some serious dance moves.

Nadine came and visited at work!
The Work and the Glory is getting inteennsseee.
So You Think You Can Dance starts this week!
This day next month I will be in Animal Kingdom in Orlando. Yes please.
Clayton is here visiting!

We drove up to see him last night. Despite the monstrous dinosaur birds, and the 100 bats flying at my face, and the 50 bug bites I have today, and having to watch Clayton skin a dead rattlesnake, it was so fun! Haha but really. It was fun, and good to see him.

Also, playing volleyball in the dark is not easy. I repeat, not easy.

What's with 60's bands being named after animals? The Byrds? The Monkees? The Turtles? The Beatles? The Yardbirds? The Cowsills?

Today after work, Lucy and Chy picked me up and we met up with Cade and Keenan at Sumo's for some shaved ice...even though it was FAREEZING outside.
Sneaky little Cade paid for our Sumo's. Thanks, Cade!

We love 460. We went over just to say hi tonight and ended up staying for 3 and half hours playing games. It's a vortex. You get sucked in. This was us playing signs which quickly turned into a dance party. They're awesome.

Also, this hideous picture is me crying at the Disney store because I didn't own those Belle items.

I get to see the Hansen side of the family this weekend!
Did I mention the countdown to Orlando is 23 days? Did I?!
I'm getting stoked for the Wray reunion. One of the best weeks of the year.
I'm going back to AZ in just a few weeks. Spring flew by.
I have great friends and family. Thank goodness for technology so we can keep in touch, right?
I sent my brother a letter in the mail this week...his response was over text. I tried.
Have a great apple and sandwich.

  1. Although Ethan wouldn't admit it, he loved your letter! What a sweet sister! Looks like you are having some great times and making some great memories. When we come up this summer we might have to make a Sumo's run. YUM. xoxo mom
