The Kingdom of Animals

Phew. The last of the Disney World posts.

On our final day we went to Animal Kingdom. I wasn't super excited to go to this park but I ended up loving it!

First off we went on the safari ride :)
We didn't even need a tour guide though because Ethan knows everything about animals. He loved this park.

We had to stop for a minute because the giraffe wanted to cross the road. No big.

Real Elephant? Nooope. Chuck Testa!

After the safari, we split up. Aubs, Aaron, and I went to the Festival of the Lion King and Ethan and the parentals went on another animal expedition.

The Lion King show was so good!!!

Then we went with Ethan on some different trails to see animals while the parentals went and saw the Lion King show.

Then more and more trails and more and more animals :)

One of my favorite parts of the day had to be Expedition Everest. I thought it would be like the Matterhorn at Disneyland. Nope. Not even close. You climb up a big hill and then all of a sudden the track ends and you start to go backwards! You eventually go forwards again and there are some good drops and turns :) We rode it 3 or 4 times.

Then off to Finding Nemo: THE MUSICAL.
Ahhhh. So good! I've already memorized all the songs since being home.
Also, the woman who played the star fish was one of the judges from the American Idol Experience the day before. She said she had YEARS of performing experience....umm as as starfish?

Annnndd more animals.

We skipped over the dinosaur part since we only had half a day at the park :) :) :)

We spent a lot of time looking at the tree of life! There are so many hidden animals to find carved in it. So cool.

Then lunch at the Yak and Yeti!
Orange chicken. Yummm.

After poking around a few shops we said goodbye to Animal Kingdom.

Then we headed to the airport to catch our flight home :(
So many fun memories!

Oh, also I just remembered that I forgot to write about how I got electrocuted at Epcot. So there you have it. I got electrocuted at Epcot and it hurt reals bad.

One morning Ethan woke up and said, "Hey Mom and Dad, thanks for taking us to Florida." I couldn't agree more. THANKS MOM AND DAD!!!
We had a great time and clearly made lots of great memories that will not soon be forgotten.
